Jim Hallett – Owner & Chairman

Jim Hallett is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR), the parent company of ADESA, a Carmel-based global automotive auction company. He is a native of Canada and came up playing hockey on frozen ponds, through college and touring leagues. Formerly, Jim was one of the original Indianapolis Ice owners. During his tenure with the team, the Ice set a CHL single-game attendance record of 14,289, set a league mark of 13 consecutive wins and won the Miron Cup in 1999. Jim left the team after the merger of the CHL and Western Professional Hockey League.

Larry McQueary – President & Chief Operating Officer

111_0026.jpgBorn and raised in Central Indiana, Larry has vast experience in leadership roles serving as Vice President with Indiana Sports Corporation, USA Diving and Family Events. This sports marketing expertise has been essential leading up to his current role as Chief Operating Officer of the Indy Fuel.  He is passionate about giving back to his community and excited about the success and long-term growth of the Indy Fuel.  He is a graduate of Indiana University, and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Bill Stackhouse – Chief Financial Officer

111_0024.jpgBill Stackhouse is the Company's Chief Financial Officer and the Governor of the Indy Fuel. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Florida State University. Bill is also a director of the IYHA Junior Fuel.

Robin Rushton – Vice President of Sponsorships

Robin2019.jpgRobin joined the Fuel prior to the 2017-18 season as the VP of Sponsorships. The Wisconsin native spent the last ten years as the Corporate Sponsorship Manager at the Indianapolis Zoo. Prior to her time with the Zoo, Robin spent 15 years with the United Way of Central Indiana. A passionate sports fan and supporter of Special Olympics, Robin loves to give back to the community.

Jeff Neidlinger - Vice President of Operations

Jeff2019.jpgJeff returns to the Fuel for his third season after a yearlong stint with the Los Angeles Kings organization. The Indianapolis native spent last season as the Manager of Game and Event Presentation for the Ontario Reign and as a member of the LA Kings Game Presentation Department. Jeff was also the recipient of the 2017-2018 ECHL Game Operations of the Year Award. Graduating in 2016 and 2013 from the University of Southern Indiana (Evansville, Indiana) with a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. While attaining his degrees, Jeff was the team captain of the Men’s soccer team and the Graduate Assistant to the University's Athletic Department. Jeff is excited to be in Indianapolis and a part of the Blackhawks family.

Matthew Louck - Vice President of Ticket Sales

new matt.pngMatthew Louck is the VP of Ticket Sales of the Fuel. Prior to the Indy Fuel, he was worked with four minor league teams (Chattanooga Lookouts, Prince William Cannons, Cleveland Lumberjacks and Cleveland Crunch), led the execution of world class events including the World Gymnastics Championships and Olympic Trails in Anaheim, Visa American Cup at Madison Square Garden in New York, and a 48-city post-Olympic tour.  Most recently worked as the VP of Marketing for Bonnier Events, which produced a portfolio of over 40 national events and expos. 

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with family and friends, binge watching Netflix documentaries, and looking for that next hobby.

Steve Kuepper – Director of Ticket Operations

Steve2019.jpgA veteran in the Indianapolis hockey scene, Steve worked with the USHL’s Indiana Ice from 2010 to 2014. The native of Peru, Ind. is a 2010 graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Administration and a minor in Business Administration.

Loren Gading – Director of Merchandising

Loren is entering her third season as Fuel's Director of Merchandise after working as a Merchandise Intern in 2015-16. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Convention & Event Management with a major in Sports Management at Indiana University, Indianapolis. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Loren has worked with merchandise for a number of years, with her last job being a Sales Associate at Macy’s department store. Although new to hockey, Loren is a huge sports fan and looks forward to being a part of the game.

Jordan Gawarecki – Director of Partnership Fulfillment

In 2017 she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a major in Sport Marketing and Management with minors in Business and Marketing from Indiana University.

Rachel O'Donnell – Director of Digital Content

While studying in Austin, Rachel served as the Media Relations Assistant for American Hockey League's Texas Stars. While she currently resides in Indianapolis, the native of Chicago has been a lifelong fan of the Blackhawks organization.

Mark Grainda - Director of Media Relations

Mark2019.jpgMark joined the team prior to the 2019-2020 season after working for two years in sports television. While working in TV, Mark was part of ESPN linear and streaming productions for sports such as college football, hockey, basketball and baseball. Prior to starting his career, Mark attended Ball State University where he studied telecommunications with a focus in emerging media. Indianapolis hockey runs in Mark’s blood as he played travel hockey for the Indianapolis Racers, then continued his hockey career by playing at the club level at Ball State University.

Ben Pulley – Senior Ticket Account Executive

From playing on the Purdue University team to managing the Biggie Foot Youth Hockey Tournament to volunteering as a coach, there isn’t much in the hockey world that Ben hasn’t done. Most recently, Ben worked in hockey operations and ticketing with Indiana Ice, and his experience and passion for the game will be put to good use here with the Indy Fuel.

Jake Friedman – Senior Ticket Account Executive

Jake2019.jpgJake joined the Fuel prior to the 2016-17 season after spending time as in intern in both the Ticket Sales and Game-Day Operations department. An avid sports fan, Jake graduated from IUPUI with a degree in Sports Management. While studying at IUPUI, Jake was a Business Development Intern with the 2014 Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and also worked as a bartender at the Indianapolis Colts Grille. A native of Avon, Ind., Jake currently resides in Indianapolis.

Austin Finicle – Ticket Sales Account Executive

Austin2019.jpgAustin joined the Fuel in March 2019, after graduating from Ball State University in 2018 with a Sports Administration degree. While at Ball State, he worked with the school's Intramural and Club Sports programs as well as being a student-manager for the Ball State Baseball team. Austin recently completed an internship with the Fort Wayne TinCaps in July of 2018 before joining the ticket office in the Ball State Athletic Department. Austin is originally from Peru, IN, relocating to Indianapolis this summer from Muncie.

Erin Peckinpaugh - Corporate Partnership Account Executive

Dre Kapsalis - Ticket Sales Account Executive

Dre2019.jpgDre was born and raised in Fishers, IN. He has been affiliated with a number of different local youth sports organizations as a coach, mentor, and volunteer. He graduated from Franklin College in 2013 as a member of the men’s soccer team. Dre previously worked as a sales representative for the local Anheuser-Busch distributor in Indianapolis. Although new to the sports industry he has a passion and drive for the game and is a life long Chicago Blackhawks fan.

Stuart Ford - Ticket Sales Account Executive

Stuart2019.jpgAs a native of Cleveland, Ohio he is a graduate of St. Edwards High School in Lakewood, Ohio where he was a standout goalkeeper.  He graduated from the University of Kentucky as a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. Throughout his soccer career he has been affiliated with a number of community organizations in Cleveland and Lexington as volunteer, coach and mentor. He has worked as a member of the Marketing group in the University of Kentucky’s Athletics Department and most recently Sales Associate, Orange Theory, Fisher, IN.
